食谱原料

  香蕉800克,牛奶600克,白糖120克,藕粉15克,清水适量

制作方法

  1、 把香蕉剥去皮,用刀切成小片;

  2、 藕粉用少许清水调好待用;

  3、 将牛奶倒入铝锅内,兑入少量清水,置火上烧开;

  4、 然后加入香蕉片,白糖,待再烧开后;

  5、 将调好的藕粉徐徐倒入锅内搅匀,开锅后离火冷却即成。

适用人群

  7-9个月婴儿
